Duties:
Utility 4 is a 4 wheel drive, crew cab pick up truck. It was designed to perform a variety of functions during emergency incidents, provide support and other tasks that would normally be accomplished with a members’ private vehicle. Some of the functions include the transportation of equipment such as hose, power tools or rehabilitation supplies including hot or cold food and beverages for personnel at emergencies like structure fires and wires down. Another use of the vehicle would allow the Fire Police to respond with consolidated manpower and equipment, and transportation to and from training and details such as wakes and funerals.
