Brunswick No. 1 operates on a Constitution and Bylaws originally composed in 1945. Revisions have been

made through the years, but much of the original Constitution and Bylaws is still being practiced.

The company has two separate operating offices, the Firematic side consisting of the Chief and Line Officers and the Administrative side consisting of the Company President, 4 Executive Officers and 7 Board of Directors. The firematic side manages everything related to our obligation to the Town of Brunswick to provide emergency services to residents. This includes equipment, apparatus, training of membership... etc. The administrative side handles the company's funds, building, membership, donations, public relations... etc. The president appoints committees to handle various projects and jobs.
